cingular needs to make seperate cas #s for blue/orange
Anyone other than me tired of calling in and getting blue over and over that can't do anything other than what we can on pos? I have had them totally screw up the activation of several phones because they didn't tell me they were blue and messed with things they have no clue about. ALSO IVR SUCKS!!

systems issues and phone que programming. I feel sorry for all those people who had to migrate on day one, anyone who hasn't might want to sit tight untill the new year just so they don't get caught in the same sort of hell that LNP people did when that went through.
