Hello all

I'm going to purchase two Curves from amazon, for 150 shipped...my question is upon receiving the phones, what number do I call to have the phones activated? Currently I'm a verizon customer and have never gone this route before, so any advice would be appreciate. Also after the test drive, what number would I call to do the port of my verizon lines. TIA and thanks for reading.

There will be instructions in the box...

As far as porting, 611 or 18003310500 but you will probably get charged $36 each if your not doing it at the time of activation and they may make you get new SIM cards after the number change.

Thank you Hombre07

Curious why possibly would I require new SIM cards upon porting my numbers?

When I do a number change in store I do it without messing with the SIM. It used to be that it couldn't be reprogrammed and that for a new number to be assigned they would force you into a new SIM. Some reps with CCare still do this no matter how much you argue with them. But living walking proof, it does work without changing them. I've carried the same SIM through four number changes.

you wont need a new sim card and they wont charge you a 36 fee to port your number in. Also when you do port it will take 24 hours for you to get the calls on your att phone from your verizon phone and could take up to 72 hours for incomming txt to be on your new phone
