I was looking at the new HP handhelds on the HP website. Like them alot. But I am wondering if it would be better to get a handheld or a smartphone? Thanks....

I am in grad school so I would I need something where I could access my school website at all times and work on any papers or powerpoints that I have to do.... Good organizer also so I can keep my life together 🙂

I have a laptop thank you very much, a brand new one. I am not always home.....thats why i was asking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
...
I told ya once, get an N95. It will do all you want 🙂
But if you want something to keep your life together, you might better get a man 😛
...
A man is how my life fell apart 🙂 The N95 is a little too expensive for me 🙂 so whats the alternative 🙂
...
Ok, bad joke about the man. Since you say the N95 is too expensive, what is your target range. There are several different ways to pay for something like the N95. Dell sells them and you could pay on it month to month for example. Also, with a PDA or Blackberry your data plan will be much more expensive than the N95, and over the long run, it may be more cost effective to get an N95.

I did not know Dell sold them.... My data plan is already expensive 🙂 so to me paying 10 bucks more a month doesnt seem too bad....is the N95 on the Dell website?
...
I saw it on the Dell Site. The reviews are not too good as the biggest complaint is battery life and I need a phone with an excellent battery life 🙂 the razr is bad enough lol....
...
I have no complaints with the battery. It pretty much lasts me the entire day and I do a ton of texting. and if I see it needing some juice, I have a charger at work and a home charger. And I have my BT keyboard connected to it alot and the battery is still very good to me. The unlimited data plan on the N95 is 19.99 so I dont know what it is on the other phones, but your best bet would be to go into a store and play with some of the phones you like and see if they meet your requirements functionality wise.

All of them will do the job for you as long as they are PDAs and not Smartphones.

You will definitely need a Pocket PC like the at&t Tilt or 8525. These phones give you MS Word Mobile, MS Excel Mobile, and MS PowerPoint Mobile. With these, you can create and edit Word documents and Excel spreadsheets. You can view PowerPoint presentation, but you cannot edit or create them. If you go with a BlackBerry, you can purchase 3rd party software that will allow you to edit and create documents. Hope this helps 🙂 . Also, since you have a laptop already, you might consider getting an Aircard or tethering with your phone, but I know that it is not always feasible to carry your laptop with you everywhere.

I was also looking at the new Blackjack that is coming out soon...
