best flip phone by cingular, under $200

I am thinking of leaving Nextel and going over to cingular. I live a flip phone and I want to stay under $200 for one. What I am wondering what is the best phone out there in this price line. I am going to switch over the last week in December. I am leaning more for the e317.

the e317 has a software issue, we've stopped selling it untill we get the software upgrade. v551 or L1400 better choices

i like the L1400, battery life if bad, but it's bad on the v551 too. i have both as well. 🙂

Ok... Now that everyone said pick this pick that... here is why...
V551- Bluetooth, EDGE (high speed data) and video... plus the external caller id is not as fancy as the other 2 choices, but it helps battery...
