I just got a call from a customer in Knoxville TN that says he drops calls left and right with verizon so he was uping his plan with Cingular because he uses that phone so much more now...

All I can say Is ATT must have had a lot of Customers in Louisville, I get more "network busy" than I have gotten in last 4 years since merger......I guess it doesn't help my office is located between Cities two biggest malls 😉

which phone do you have?? If you have the old system TDMA that might the problem.

Personally I'm an ATT fan, and after my last 3 week stint with Cingular, I'm not a big fan.
But I had Verizon a few years ago. I had to call them every month because they always got my bill wrong... I never had that problem with TMobile or ATT.
I was really happy when Verizon upped their late charge fee. It voided the service agreement so I was able to drop them after only six months. Christmas came early that year!!!
