So you don't work for ATT? I am confused. And anyway if you do, every company works differently as far as commision and what not. Are you COR or authorized dealer? then again do you work for ATT?!
You can always ask what your pay structure is...usually at the interview, but its also a good way to get to know your fellow employees : ]

bowdown--1st I am a big fan of AT&T, I will probably never get a verizon phone for many many reasons. BUT...I would keep a job at verizon and not go to AT&T. I just left a cor sales job and got a advertising job elsewhere. In my market, verizon reps make much much more than we do. I do know that in many places AT&T reps do really great, but in my market I know verizon reps that make at lease twice what full time reps made at my store. I actually just turned down a position at verizon, cause my new job is great. BUT, depending where you are, STAY with verizon. FOR EVERYONE else reading this...I prefer AT&T in everyway over verizon, but here AT&T reps make crap. bowdown--you need to talk to the AT&T reps and find out what there commission chec...

lol, yea i probably shouldve. but its 12 an hour which is better than i get now. and i work for an inderect for verizon and the greedy bastard owner just dropped the commissions by a lot. so i knew i should take the job even without knowing the commission payout.
i just forgot to ask about the commmission structure

so you didn't work for verizon. And you really don't care what it is as its better. So you just in a hurry to find out. I can understand that but the best person that can answer that is the manager of the store you are going to go to.

Oh ok, I thought you were currently working for verizon corporate. Yeah I would take the AT&T or any indirect job. Check with one of your reps and ask for a commission pay structure list, they would know what you mean. There is different pay structures and different categories, so just check with a co worker or manager. It would also be under benefits on CSP.
