Is it true?

I currently work for Sprint. I have AT&T for my personal phone and have always liked the service(AT&T to Cingular and Back!). I am currently a Service and Repair company manager. I heard that AT&T is getting a repair program in prospectivly Q1 of next year! Is this true? If so will all stores be repair centers or just certain ones(like sprint)? I just want to know because I would much rather work for AT&T than sprint!!

I wouldnt think this considering they got rid of all the warranty and repair centers in KY/TN a while back(3+ years). But who knows maybe they want to bring back the service that most customers preferred isntead of having to wait for a phone to be mailed to them.

Yah i work for the service and repair side of Sprint. Repair and warranty with sprint are different.

Anyone can get service as long as the phone isn't liquid damaged or DBR. Those require insurance and you pay a deductable. If you just break your flip and dont have insurance you can get it replaced for a fee. If you have the insurance there is none. Its a good program. We make a lot of money from it. I really hope AT&T goes forward with it. I would love to work with them! I know service very well and have opened 3 service centers and helped make the already existaning 5 profitable.
