B-itching about Cingular CSR

😁 Always here about the bad, just thought I would give a thanks!

A year ago I was given a plan by retention with some added perks. The perks fell off my account this billing cycle. Called 611, Rep told me things were on my account that shouldn't be there. I explained they were given as part of an offer to remain a 10yr plus customer. She researched some more apologized for removal an added a tracking code to keep straight in the future.

No one screamed or yelled and the problem was solved.

No, we won't do anything different that the rep moneyb got. If you were promised something, you'll get it.

Um that's not always true. I've seen some reps promise stuff that we just can't give. It really sucks so much because i wana help the customer but i can't because those promises can't be done. They ask for my super but they still can't help the cust. Sucks a ton.

My mistake. I meant things like that recurring credit. In no way did I mean things we don't have. As an example, the call I got today wanting a 1000 minute plan for $40, with unlim N&W. Don't exist, sorry you got bad info, but cannot give a plan we don't have...
