Major outage in South East
all of the sudden I was not able to recieve calls during lunch so I pulled the battery and power cycled the phone, but nothing would work. so i called tech support and i was told that there is a major outage in the south east, many people are reporting not being able to recieve calls or text messages. not able to inform me of time that issue would be fixed. 👿

I heard that too, fortunately I'm one of those who are unaffected. None of my co-workers seem to be having trouble either. There is a trouble ticket issued to fix the problem, but no known estimated time of resolution.

Last I heard they are expecting the outage to be fixed by 5 pm if you have power cycled your phone and it still is not working try going into your call forwarding and just hit "Check status" you may or may not get an error message. After doing this power cycle your phone again. For us we have found this is a work around fix. May not work for everyone but it seems to work 9 out of 10 times ;) hope this helps.
