oh... I'm slow. No, you can't pay AT&T except Cingular Blue stores. It's extra annoying for me because I've been trying to beat it into out existing customers for the past year that they can't pay a bill here, and now I get to start alllll over again with a whole crowd.

I have to point out though... Blue customers can call Orange Customer Service and make a payment on their ATTWS account.

Customer: Why don't I get the new contract pricing for being an AT&T customer? I have never been a Cingular customer before.
Me: Since Cingular purchased AT&T, you have been a Cingular customer since the end of October when the buyout was approved. Cingular purchases your contract.
Customer: Why do I have to pay the $18 migration fee? I've never paid upgrade or activation fees.
Me: All customers of both carriers are subject to activation and upgrade fees when you purchase a new phone with a contract extention.
Customer: That's funny....AT&T always credited my upgrade charges. I have been a customer for__________ years (fill in some astronomical tenure of a contract).
Me: I am sorry Mr. Customer, Cingular will not coddle you an...
