New employee of ATT here. We recently launched UMTS in the Denver market. Customers have experienced call issues since. I was told they have some kinks in the system to iron out. What I dont know for sure is are the 3G phones using the UMTS for the voice or is it just data. I havn't gotten difinitive info on this yet. Imput appriciated. Thanks.

The phones are using 3g for voice and for data, over here in salt lake city, we are still experiencing issues with 3g phones having reception issues especially samsungs. There were some major issues at first with phones interchanging between 2g and 3g signals leading to a lot of dropped calls, but it hasn't been as large of an issue as of late. Who do you work for over in denver?
