AT&T Corp.Call Center Employees
I am looking into coming to an AT&T call center and would like to know a few things. Starting salary, bonus/commissions if any, dress codes. Are all call centers union and if so is it worth it? I would appriciate any feed back on these questions. Thanks Guys.

one thing the union is good for is better insurance. non bargained employees are about to get the shaft for insurance. it is going to be cheaper to buy an airplane ticket to europe and get whatever you need done there.

I work in management in a call center and you are so right about the new insurance package. Being just a rep and having the union in your corner makes the insurance really cheap. If you are trying to make some money i would suggest the store seriously. Hope that helped 😎
