unlimited family messaging plan
ok so i called 611 cust care today and i was trying to upgrade to have everyone on the family plan to have unlimited txting except for my brother in law who has the iphone . . . the rep and the supervisor told me that that was impossible because with the iphone on the family plan it wouldnt work . . . is this true? is there any way to get around that if it is true besides adding the 20 dollar plan to the individual lines?

that is incorrect. if you call back tell them to put you on the family text. you probably got some idiot outsource customer care. it will overlap the iphone feature. it was set up that way.

the only way that would be a problem is if the iphone was the main phone and even if it was all they should have done is change the main number to a diffrent phone on the account. ya you got a winner 🙄

ok i was thinking about calling my local store to ask them today because there s this one lady that i always deal with but i had to call 611 at the time cause it was midnight and i had NO txting whatsoever . . . but ya i asked where they were located and they said the east coast but the rep and the supervisor were really rude . . . but ya i m gonna call today to the normal lady i talk to .
