Hello All, here is a link to an article on CNN I found slightly intresting.

This just makes me think of all the customer complaints we hear here are valid; well not all.
I don't think any carrier really does a great job of everything and when the cell phone industry in 2nd in complaints something should be done.
Another intresting thing I noticed on phonescoop is the most used forum is the motorola v710 forum, that is mostly complaints; this is where I interject Nokias are great!
My point of the post is that maybe the custmer is right more than reps let on, but I do enjoy the post of the really dumb ones.

NEW YORK (AP) -- On a trip on the Tokyo subway last year, almost everyone ignored the young man talking on one wireless phone, messaging with another and juggling a third.
