Prorated early Termination Fee

Does this start January 1st or is already in effect? Also if I have had them since March of this year, does anyone know how much the ETF would be? Thanks

$175 in most markets. I believe the prorate term fee will start for anyone who signs a contract after Jan 1st 2008.
