lower prices???

Is there any way I can get a new phone at a lower price befor its at my renew time??

at&t does have an early upgrade policy. Though there are some requirements... Depending on how much you spend on your monthly bill, you should be able to upgrade after 1 year(I think you must spend over 75$ a month and get a standard 2 year pricing). If you are over 1 year and spend less, then I do know of at&t doing an upgrade with 1 year pricing on a 2 year contract.

I have been with them for 1 year and 5 months and spend $110.00 a month.

Sometimes you can get an exception upgrade through a COR store that is a phone at 1 year pricing with a 2 year renewal. Usually you would want to call care and tell them that your current phone is out of warranty, broken, and you aren't eligible for a normal upgrade and to see if you are eligible for an exception upgrade.
