#@$%! incompetent reps
First I get scr3wed when some customer (don't)care rep handles a relocation on a family plan (2 lines) and does one line as a relo and the second line as an 'upgrade'. I saw nothing on my first bill after the relo to indicate that I'd been 'upgraded' and imagine my surprise when I'm out of contract and I go to an authorized retailer to buy two new phones and I'm told I can only upgrade on of them.
After several calls to customer (don't)care, I'm told that my account has been noted and that all I have to do is visit a corporate store and they can override the system and that they'd put notes to that effect on my account.
I go 20 mi out of my way to a corp ...
