I just got a call from a guy who was transferred to me from an SST rep. The guy told me the rep said he tried everything to fix his voicemail, and then sent him to me to do a warranty exchange....FOR VOICEMAIL. VOICEMAIL.
I told the guy voicemail has NOTHING to do with your handset, it's a platform. And when I checked snooper, the call forwarding to voicemail wasn't provisioned. Yeah...you tried everything buddy.

webaxe is for AWS reps and snooper is some kinda strange tool used only buy the full blooded cingular rep's. I once found it in CSP but you need a log in ID for it. I don't beleive any AWS reps have log in ID's for it. At least not for now.

Those AWS reps who have been trained for CSE have logins to Snooper. There are going to be 5 CSE centers that were former direct AWS centers.

ive just had a call from an sst rep, who didnt know the wireless number, didnt know the name of the caller, had no clue WHY the person had called in and couldnt tell me anything except "im sure hes not gsm hes digital." i ended up taking the call... (im bored) and loe and behold....the caller was trying to reach 3g rm. sigh.....please tell me sst just got a brand new influx of employees and they all have less then 2 hours expiernce and the training consisted of a 5 page booklet on how to use a mouse. thats the only way i can justify something like this. oy..... 2 hours left untill vacation....only 2 hours left....just 2 more hours.... 😳

I swear you guys give SST reps no damm respect. I know some of them can be idiots but I think you guys forget how you were when you first started on the floor taking phones calls and you forget most all there the reason why our phone volume is the way it is. They have done a great job and are the reason why we have downtimes that we never thought we would have a year ago!

Yeah, exactly.
Saying "i'm not sure, let me got you to someone who knows." will NOT get you in trouble. Saying "Let's get you a new free phone becuase your bill has overages on it." WILL get you in deep Sh!t.

The who and the what? Are they the same ones telling my customers wrong rate plans and other various fibs over the phone and then sending them in to me with false expectataions?
