Final Cell One Payments

I work for an authorized dealer. We used to be Cell One, but we are now AT&T as of December 9th. I have been made aware of a horrible flaw in the migration. Cell One stores are not able to access closed accounts. Period. End of story. There is no magic override. If the account is closed, we cannot view anything or take payments. When a Cell One customer migrates to AT&T, their Cell One account closes and a new AT&T account is opened. When they get their final Cell One bill and come in to pay it, they can't. We cannot access closed accounts. The customer must do the payment over the phone with customer care or go old school and send it through the mail.
