New question - Cell One to AT&T
If I move over to AT&T, can my partner line go under its own contract, or do I have to have a family plan like I have with Cell One???

I see absolutely no reason why it shouldn't be able to go under it's own contract and it's own plan. Essentially what is happening is you are porting your numbers to a new company and they are waiving your ETF. So, now that you are with AT&T, you should not have to be on the same plan.
