When does AT&T plan to start prorating their ETF's?

early 2008 and from what I know it is only applicable to new contracts signed after the change is made.

Oh shoot. I was hoping that wouldn't be the case. I like AT&T and I was hoping to cancel to go with the GoPhone plan again. I am on AT&T's smallest plan and I never use my minutes and I am accruing all these roll over minutes that I will never use.

start using the phone more often .... get rid of the home phone and find a reason to use your cell phone more

we use to prorate when it was cingular only if your contract was before june 06 and u were in the care market
so if u were telegence then $175 no matter when u cancelled
...
