Can corporate or retail stores get phones shown online?
All of my local corporate and retail stores do not carry the Moto Q9 Global. Could they order it for me?

but if online is the only one who has it then we the COR store CANNOT order
the Q should be available everywhere but then again

BJ and BJ2 are POS. The BJ warranty was extended to 18 months due to public outcry and multiple product advisories.

That's weird, we carry that device. They should be able to order it as long as its available in your market.

As long as it's not backordered, they should be able to order it for you. Some stores may require payment in advance; mine would.

Authorized Retailers, like my store, can only do exchanges of equipment they actually sold, and equipment sold by an AR can only be exchanged by the same AR. Corporate stores or online retailers usually can't/won't do it. I'm not sure that fully answers your question, but I didnt fully understand it in the first place. Sorry.

Have you asked the local stores if they can order it? If they can't/won't, and you really want that phone, then it sounds like you'll need to order online after all. Just pay attention to the details of your order and confirm everything, as they are likely to screw something up.

Out of curiosity what market are you in, about how many phones are available, and what are you looking for that is not? I know some stores only carry a dozen different stores because they're idiots but I'm not gonna tell them that. We carry 90% of them and can order the rest.

COR stores can exchange online purchases as long as it was done on the att site and not a third party site.
