I would not recommend the LG SHINE
I have had this phone for one month with moderate use, the slider no longer works smoothly, it cuts in and out of reception when my other phones do not, and it freezes like nothing and most of my stuff is saved to a memory card.

I've had mine since the day it came out with no trouble at all. I have a 2 gig memory card with almost everything saved to it. I would say its just your phone, and since it's still in warr, call to get a new one.

Yeah sounds defective. I would expect poor battery life and reception, but to freeze sounds a little fishy.

yeah but i doubt i would get a refund, and i really don't want another one lol. reception is a big thing for me especially in the area i live and it just performed very weak where even the razr V3xx did not. so i will see what ATT says.
