Could someone please tell me which Call Center Agent Debit is based out of. I'm an Operations Manager and based upon the rubbish I see him post, I need to go over his QA's to see if he's actually like this to the customer. I may have my own opinions for many things but his overall negativity towards our customers is disheartening and its this kind of attitude that directly affects our churn and our overall customer satisfaction. We at Cingular need to work especially hard because with the migration issues and customer's not understanding completely why they need to migrate their service over to the New Cingular, our Customer Care reps need to be able to explain why this is happening and how its going to be of benefit to them all the while...

I'm a care rep with ATT/Cing and I never send a customer to the store's anymore unless they have to buy a new SIM card. Its the stores that help create the churn because they are either ignorant as hell or they are all sweet and nice and lie through their teeth to sell the deal. Then its my job to fix it... and sometimes I can't.

I have been considering my reply to this thread for a while, as not to offend Opps. π€£ Personally I like Debit he seems very intelligent, not that I always agree on his opinions. Maybe if there were more reps like him ATTWS wouldn't of lost their shirt.
I would love to be the lawyer who represents him in is unlawful termination case. First off this is not a Cingular site. Secondly although you do consent to monitoring on company equipment that does not mean the information obtained in a public forum can be used against an employee. What's to stop them from posting from home? Thirdly there's a thing called the 1st amendment.
Anyone who takes anything posted here as the udder truth, shouldn't.

It would be very hard however for you to find out who is posting what, unless the moderator was to tell you what his IP address was. It took me two minutes of searching to find where Agent is from. As far as finding out who is logging in at their place of work, it would be very simple to determine who it is once the location is found. Where I work, the IT folks are so anal that it bogs down the computer performance with all of their spy ware. A simple keystroke recorder would do the trick.

I am always truthful with my customers. Am I nice about it? Not always. But I always tell my customers the truth. It's a bad reflection on myself, Cingular, and my employer if I don't.

I'm not going to comment on Agent Debit himself because I honestly don't have an opinion but I'd like to comment on this post.
I'd like to mention that I admire your effort to improve customer service and attempt to weed out what you think are bad employees but your method is wrong.
For all anyone knows you could be an Operations Manager Dan717, but you went about this completely wrong. For one this is a public forum and unless you can find that he's posting while at work you cannot do anything about his comments. Even then⦠restricting his access and probably some coaching would likely be the result.
