Cingular or Verizon?? Please help

I have been a customer with Verizon for the last 2.5 years and I was thinking of moving to cingular. Couple of my friends have been complaining that Cingular screws up in billing and they customers are overbilled. I was wondering if this is true??? I have been very happy with verizon but Verizon phones suck!!!

I will be moving out of Syracuse, NY and dont know where I will be moving exactly ..could be to California and dont know which carrier best works there.

My preferences in choosing Cingular or Verizon will be based on the following:

1st priority: Coverage and service
2nd priority: decent phones (not a camera but something with speakerphone)
3rd priority: customer service (I have heard that Cingular reps are rude and dont h...

My friend I have worked for both (Cingular and Verizon) and all cell phone compaines have billing issues. I worked for Verizon longer than I have worked for Att and now Cingular but honestly the billing seems much simpler. It is only a matter of time or bad luck when you bill will get f**ked up. And If it does happen please try to patient. It usuallty takes 2 billing for the problem to get corrected. 1st cycle problem is found, 2nd it is totally fixed usually due to prorating. Honest to god though I have never seen an account messed the way Radio Hack or Circuit City can mess it up w/ VZW. I'm sure this is not you, but if you call to change your plan 3 times in a billing cycle and then complain you went over your minutes or don't understand ...
