any other handset specifics? or PTT specifications? I know AT&T Wireless was testing a cross-carrier capable PTT service with the ability for International PTT service as well but that was nearly a year ago.

No, this came from Cingular...it lists handsets that we don't even have nor plan to carry...

Cingular has never released one in the past and it's not available in CSP. Cingular and Best Buy are 2 seperate companies with Best Buy making it's own deals with phone manufacturers.
