Does ATT offer 1 year contract?

I don't need a phone so the cheaper 2 year option doesn't concern me.

Thanks!

Yes, if you have your own phone they will only apply a one year contract.

You may still want to buy a phone with the 2 year contract and then sell it on eBay because you might be eligible for a special promo when upgrade time rolls around if you do the 2 year. If things work out ideally, you should be able to profit $175 or more from the phone to offset any early termination fees.

Or if that sounds too complicated, go ahead and do the 1 year contract. =P

YOU CAN ALSO BUY THE PHONE AT HE STORE WITH A 1 YEAR CONTRACT, I MAY BE WRONG, BUT I THINK ITS ONLY A 50.00 DIFF ON THE PRICE OF THE PHONE.

Check with the store first. My store can only do 2 year contracts, but we are a dealer. A corporate store would probably be able to do the 1 year no problem.
