I think only VZW and ATTWS for now. Of course ATTWS is now Cingular... So I guess that leaves VZW.

Straight from CSP:

Note: At this time, Cingular has MMS interoperability (Inter-Carrier) agreements with the following carriers:

Verizon - (Effective Friday, December 3) Currently available to only Cingular ORANGE Multimedia customers.

If the recipient is a customer of a carrier that Cingular does NOT have an MMS interoperability agreement with, then Cingular will send a text message to the recipient customer using existing SMS inter-carrier functionality.
The recipient will receive a text message notification inviting them to visit www.viewmymessage.com to see/hear their MMS message

Booya. So, it'll go through, but it cannot be viewed on the phone with anyone else but verizon. HA.
