Yeah SST are the F**K ups. Just called care to consolidate two customer accounts and heard "dude you are the coolest, yeah get me that CD... I just applied for a job today making $22.00 and hour." to paraphrase. So I whistled and the guy says "a a a this is Mark thank you a a a for holding" so I told him don't worry I'm just SST, he didn't say anything. So I spared him the humiliation and hung up. Hopefully the call was short enough so he won't get QA'd. But if he does that would be the best. Damn I hope i'm not, I'll prolly get marked off for hanging up.
