I am aware that the account is not servicable in the retail, agent or through CS. Only the ERP channel can handle it. I used to be a rep. I'm just trying to find out what the available features and pricing are. I believe that there is a discount on certain features, unless it has changed since I worked there. I was also looking for the ERP email address which is who handles all the changes for the ERP ( at least in market 35). If I remember correctly the address is
