Do any of you know if PTT is still part of the ERP plan? If I remember it had 200 min incl. w/ each ERP line. Also what is the disc. on BB plans, again if I remember you could get BB added on for $22 or something like that. Also could I get the email addy for MyERP? My mom is the rep and she is on vacation and needs it to get these features added.

Then she needs to call her RAE. Just because someone is an RAE doesn't mean they can control anyones account. Proper channels would be to her manager to the RAE to his boss and it could take a billing cycle.

Huh? What does this have to do with ERP's? I don't think this was meant for this question. 😕

Employee Rate Plans are not serviceable in retail. Not anyone has access to the discounted BB rates and such. In order to get an ERP and make changes to an ERP you need to go through internal channels. She needs to talk to whoever set it up.

I am aware that the account is not servicable in the retail, agent or through CS. Only the ERP channel can handle it. I used to be a rep. I'm just trying to find out what the available features and pricing are. I believe that there is a discount on certain features, unless it has changed since I worked there. I was also looking for the ERP email address which is who handles all the changes for the ERP ( at least in market 35). If I remember correctly the address is [email protected]. Does any COR rep know? If not I guess it can wait.

Thx

RAE stands for Retail Account Executive... basically they are the liason between agents and corporate.

RAEs would have nothing to do with ERPs, if anything they might be able to help you with your ANR (Agent & National Retail) plan, but not ERP.
