Isn't that the usual procedure for CS? 🤣

No. My usual job consists of doing my job poorly while blaming the customers and retail staff. 😁

Let's not turn this into a flame war. I'll spare you my complaints with retail if you do the same for CS.

I agree with you somewhat. Having to work face to face in customer service can suck hard when you get customers yelling at you. Heh.. and there's no mute or anything to pause. I've experienced it. It sucks.

Over the phone I find it's more common though because when someone is calling in to complain they don't see a person.. they just hear a voice of the company. So with that in mind it's also much easier yelling and making a fool of yourself when all you have to do is hangup when you're done. 🙂

What market are you in?

All of our company owned stores are closed in Texas AFAIK.

ERP's can be converted to a regular plan. At least they can here.

i know i can convert, i actually need to merge my erp with another account i have and make my phone part of FT. i also need to do a TOS for my other ERP number cause i don't want to have to pay for his phone anymore 😁
i am becoming one of those complicated customers already! haha

You guys are working today??????

OMG! That's unbelievable. All of the retail stores are closed. They knew we'd all call in sick today anyway.

My head is going to explode.

Must stop typing now.

The calls that I do get are at most 5 min long. I'm also only dealing with a small market so my call rate is extra slow. (30 people total supporting this market from what I understand) Nothing exciting yet. Isn't too bad except the remaining time I have is spent refreshing these boards for a new post. 😕 SLOW day.

Are you doing the Carolina markets, i am and i seem to be getting the same customers over and over again, i wonder if they think my answer will change from 5 minutes ago.

Yeah, exactly.
I seem to get the same people over again too. Normally it's fun but also it's kind of funny when you hear another rep arguing that a fee is valid and you get the same call 2 min later. :p "As the previous rep mentioned..."
