Cingular's relationship with CellOne/Dobson

IS there a business relationship between these two companies? Does Cingular own an equity stake in DCEL?

From what I have read there is no equity relationship between Cingular and Dobson/CellOne. AT&T Wireless did have a joint venture with CellOne/dobson however that venture was eventually sold off.
