New Phones
Is it me or has it been a long time since AT&T released new phone and I don't mean new colors but truly new phones. We are falling behind on the new phone dept 😲. Let me know if anyone else thinks this same thing

yea...most def. I been waiting and waiting and waiting. I wanna see what the Moto Z9 will be like...if they ever get it. I know the "latest & greatest" phone in there lineup is the Shine...but I'm not interested in it at ALL. So your not the only one eager to see whats next. We all know that at&t is very slow when it comes to releasing new handsets.

Buy unlocked and unbranded. There you can find the most featured phones

They just released a ton of phones right before Christmas which is why nothing new has come yet. But there are 2 new Sony's coming down the pipe, one of which is coming February. A UT Starcom phone is coming too. Be patient, there on the way...

Sony k850i has an awesome 5 mp camera and is 3G, its a little larger then the w810 i think. the other sony ericsson is a 3G flip model called Z750 and its coming in 3 colors, pink, grey, and purple.
I have no info on the UT Starcom.

I didn't like the Centro with Sprint. I hope that At&t's is better.

What didn't you like about Sprint's Centro? I had it for a while and liked it alot. I am looking forward to being able to get one on At&t's network.

The Centro had many pros, but the cons below killed it for me:
1. It didn't read the memory card, which worked in my other phone.
2. Buttons were smaller than the Q.
3. The battery life sucked.

Okay is there any word as to the possible date of release for the SE K850i? I would really like to get it and have been running month/month with hopes it is coming in the next couple weeks. If it wont be available for another quarter then I will get it unlocked. I saw somewhere on this forum that there was a store in western PA who has received a demo of the unit and the inserts. I hope this means it will be here soon.

Okay for anyone that is curious about the SE K850i; www.phonearena.com has posted that the expected release time frame is March 2008. I was wishing it would be sooner but I guess getting an unbranded/unlocked version would be better.

Any news on Palm Centro pricing yet? One of my friends is an AT&T customer but he's really interested in the Centro... he was also a former Sprint customer and would rather not switch back to their network.
It'd be nice if AT&T had a similar $99 special, even if it has to involve a mail-in rebate.
