so i just posted one thread but i dont think i was clear enough on it.
i have a friend who has at&t and she has horrible experiances with cust care and a horrible phone and very poor service and she wants out of her contract no penalty.
any suggestions?

If she is in a weak area they are aware of according to their coverage maps and SHE IS VERY CALM AND POLITE they will let her out. They let me out a long time ago...But I stayed with them nevertheless.

Tell her to threaten to cancel. As long as her account hasn't been suspended, they'll have to do something to keep her as a customer, especially if she has been one for a long time.
