Pearl vs Curve???
Hey, I know this subject has probably been beat to death but I am torn between the Curve and the Pearl both for ATT (both have new act. For $99) I’m coming from Sprint, and looking for PDA type phone.
I am using the phone for 40% work 60% personal. I need a calendar/todo list/word to keep me organized with work and school, I send about 2000+ texts a months so the full keypad will be useful, I use the web decent amount, e-mail is a push I could live without it but its also covenant, IM/camera the same
batt life i could always charge it in my office as well as the car...
any input is appreciated....

Based on the amount of text messages you send each month.... I think you'll be happier with the Curve.

i like both but if u message that much
why not look at the pantech duo
it seems to be proving itself as a good phone
otherwise get the curve if u are gonna go blackberry
i absolutley love it
but do check out the pantech cause its slim and has both a keypad and keyboard

I would not be very confident in recomending the duo....especially over the curve just look at the reviews on both. Curve is much more stable and has been proven more reliable. Pantech had a good idea but fell short in many areas.

i agree with u somewhat but i think every customer is different and since we offer a 30 day window to swap
y not try it out and figure if u like it yourself
i mean some customers can provide great feed back but then again some customers say some stuff that is pointless just cause they hate the company

well i would say go w/the curve!!! I can't wait to get my phone 2morrow... I luv the curve!!!!

I would recommend the curve for these reasons
It has full qwerty keyboard
Better camera
Better screen
More reliable trackball
Built in gps on 8310 model
Better call quality(personal opinion)
Don't get the duo as licorshot was recomending, just read the reviews, go into a STORE to make your purchase and change your mind if you don't like what you pick, you have 30 days.

the reviews are exactly what they are reviews
people are picky about different things
don't get me wrong everything he said above is 100% true
but i have NO complaints from any customer as of yet and i have sold quite a few of these devices
