unlocked iphone/emp account
i'm an agent, and ive got an employee account.
i've been thinking about buying my buddy's iphone that he wants to sell for cheap.
i asked my rae and he said that we cant have an iphone unless i get a normal account.
what if i got my iphone and unlocked it?
would i still have to add on an iphone data plan? or could i use my accounts unlimited media net package? or would i have to add on the $30 pda package?

I supposed that would work however impractical that is.
There really is no sense buying that phone without the true data plan. Besides, your demo line is supposed to be a tool to help you sell - you won't be able to demonstrate features to customers once you put your demo number on the iphone because you'll get in trouble if your rae sees it.
My advice (personal and as a manager) is that if you want the iphone for personal use get a personal account.

Totally - I don't really think it's worth the trouble. Especially because your rae has already told you not to do that. You'd be going against his/her word - and I'm sure that can't be good for job security. 😁
