AT&T will be releasing the 8120 (Pearl 2 w/ WiFi) in Feb/March and the 8110 (Pearl 2 w/ GPS) in March/April and the 8320 (Curve w/ WiFi) in April and the BlackBerry 3G device in May/June.
Recent leaks of the 3G device have surfaced. It will be in line with the 8800 series devices, so I wouldn't expect a compact device, but it will have a much improved screen (iPhone's dimensions but a much higher DPI/PPI in a smaller space for better graphics presentation) and a new processor, increased memory, a 2MP camera, etc.

You'll see a 3G Pearl before the leaked model is available. I've heard rumors from ATT that the WiFi versions of the Pearl and Curve are not going to be offered but the 3G Versions are the next move for RIM and ATT. I've also heard that Blackberry could be bought by Microsoft to compete with Apple and Google. All rumors so far.
