Number port last night, still no text messaging?

Hello,

I ported my number over to AT&T last night from Sprint. Phone calls are working fine as of 7:00 pm yesterday but I do not have any inbound text messages. Is this normal?

Powercycled the phone? Is the old Sprint phone turned off?
