PC Card Question

We recently got a USBConnect 881 for our kiosk laptop. It seems to work okay when it wants to. Wednesday, it ran fine all day. Today, I have had to disconnect and reconnect and restart the computer several times. I know that the signal depends on the GSM/GPRS/EDGE signal (no 3G in our area yet), but is there any way to speed it up a little. Are there some settings or maybe a special web browser I could use? Thanks in advance.

Go to www.sierrawireless.com/support and download their cardwatcher software and get rid of att communication manager software. See if that helps and let me know its been a while since I have sold an aircard!

Make sure you have the most recent version of the AT&T communications manager. Some of the devices are bundled with older software, and the updated manager helps hold the connection better, at better speeds. The newest version can be downloaded off the AT&T website.
