I bought my new 64K Sim card today...
i bought a new 64k sim card today and every time i power on my moto v551 it says "insert sim" then waits 5 seconds and then it boots up...why does it do that??

Why did you have to buy a 64K sim? When I signed up with Cingular, that's what they gave me.

because i got the moto the day before it came out...and they said they wouldnt give me the sim card because i am buying it before it comes out...so whats up with my sim card??

Where do you live? I know in North Carolina, Cingular accidently shipped out the wrong 64k SIMs for our market. Also, I dont know about everyone else, but I HATE THEM. Ive been having nothing but headaches activating Cingular phones with the new 64k SIMs. Maybe its just a result of the wrong ones being sent out to us here in NC, but theyve been more of a hassle then anything, atleast in my experience so far.
