I'm willing to bet a customer will ask if the new unlimited plan has rollover

And I'm willing to also bet customer care reps will say yes!

I am a legacy Dobson rep. People asked all the time if the statewide unlimited included mtm or n/w. You would tell them it was unlimited and it didn't matter who they were calling or what time of day it is, but they would keep asking.
I even had an agent ask what the min prorate was going to be for a new activation. She argued with me for a good 3 minutes when I tried to explain you can't prorate unlimited.

The sales doc released to reps says it includes rollover. I passed over it the first time, then thought about it later and had to go back to make sure I read it right lol

No, that is not correct. The Nation Family Talk Unlimited is $199.99 (2 lines - anchor and first secondary); additional Secondary Family Talk Unlimited lines are $99.99 each (subject to normal max of 5 lines per FT group).

you'd be surprised what that penny can do...1 penny added to each customer's acct that AT&T has equals $650,000.00 per MONTH for the advertised "65 million AT&T wireless customers..." 😳 Why do you think the features recently went to flat-dollar amounts?

Anyone know where the line starts to collect some of this new revenue AT&T is making?
