The situation is that service was fine before Cingular put up their own towers here. When we roamed on TMob the service was great, but now Cing has a few of their own towers here and the phones try to hang on to that weak signal rather than the stronger TMob.

Your phoen should go to the tower witht he best signal i would recomend calling cust care and ask them to check your IRDB (intl roaming data base)
