does anyone know of a current at&t phone that will alert every few minutes when you have missed a call / text until you stop it?

The Moto V3 does. Not that I necessarily recommend the phone. I really liked it when I bought it, but after I moved to a new area my reception is terrible. I don't know about the V3XX or the new RAZR2 models.
