Well to back up contacts...not sure how to do that with your computer. But you can go by a extra sim card and have them copy your current numbers on there and if you ever loose or break your phone just have them activate the back up sim on your number and than you will have your numbers. 😉

Just go to the SONY Site and DL their software.

I tried that, and the software looks great, but a) I don't use Outlook, and I can't seem to set it up b) I keep getting error messages. Any suggestions? Thanks for your responses!

If you want to pay for it you can get Mobile Backup with at&t. its $1.99/mon and let you back up and manage your contacts online. If you ever get a new phone you can just download them (if you get another mobile backup capable device.)
