it's nice but it's running windows mobile. if it were symbian i'd look into it but i'll pass on win mo.

Yea man, AT&T is definitely going to be able to carry it, as far as where it is available to buy though, that's the question. AT&T is one company where a lot of phones tend to be compatible, but are not necisarrily sold on site. I would just wait a bit till it's released

It is not scheduled to be released until the second half of the year, which means 3rd quarter, and will run WM 6.1 which also isn't released yet.
It does appear to be a very nice phone if you can deal with WM. My guess is, when it is released by Sony it will have a unlocked retail price in excess of $700. This will not be a cheap phone.
