Im a national accounts rep with 3 major carriers. Cingular Tmobile, and Sprint. During the holidays cingular being new to my market, sold hand over fist. Ive noticed alot more call fails and defective equipment coming out of the cingular side (making my life miserble). Im wondering if its the same accross the board where cingular is brand new to other markets? 😲

That sounds strange. My store has had zero returns since the holidays, and yes, we were packed during christmas shopping.
