does cingular offer discounts on plans if your a union employee (for example the building trades) thanks in advance

We do. but it depends on the union. I'm not sure which ones are included.

Best bet, call in to CS, and have them check CSP for a KABC document for your union. 😎

...
just about all unions are eligible for a discount... discounts would be listed as Union Privilege.. 5% on nation and 10% on region.
