does anyone know what the details are on a reported issue involving customer records and one of our cingular's agents? there is a story that is local to KCTV that is going to report on it.

WAS THIS IN WASHINGTON????? If it was, I wouldn't be suprised. We have about 5 direct agents up here, and they're all shady. I worked for one for over a year and a half, and that company was way scandalous. Not giving out Refund checks, false secondary agreements, shady salesmen (that's everywhere though), embezzlement, the list goes on and on....
