Got a question for employees
I use a business discount through the school I go to and I went to go get another phone from the discount website and it said I cant and to call cust service to get at full price. Anyone know when they changed that or is it just and error on the site, I hope

I would usually agree with you but that is why I am looking for a business rep. Because with the business access I was able to upgrade all my lines twice every thirty days. I just am trying to see if they changed the policy or what. I called and talked with a BEUC rep and he didnt even know about the discount site

If it was twice every 30 days I'm pretty sure they changed it. QUICK!
That's too many phones. I think there was a limit though. I think you couldn't get more than 4 phones in a year, or something like that....

I remember seeing something about upgrading often but I'm sure there was a limit. With all the restrictions they have on everything I can't imagine a clause like that slipping through.

CDA contracts may offer 2 upgrades per 12 month period on CRU (Corp Responsibility User) accounts, but not under IRU (Individual Resp).
If you were under a CRU FAN, sounds like you used up the 2 upgrades already.
