Is there a reason why the new curve is less expensive than the refurb?

Right now I'm showing that they are the same price. $99 either way either color. The only difference is the List price, to answer your question it's probably because of current promotions. They are running the $99 smart phone thing again but they don't adjust prices on the refurbs.

Probably dropped the base price for the promotion. This way they don't show an even greater discount on the books when they sell one. Base price $300 take off $100 or $250 take off $50. Shows a higher profit margin if they drop the base and that doesn't hurt them because it's cost isn't that high anyway.

Yeah - I don't think you're gonna get one no commitment for $250 - I believe cost is somewhere around 300
